Beyond discovery, the next step for families is reaching out. To support this, we integrated the website with Discover Childcare, streamlining the enquiry and enrolment process across all centres.
This integration allows enquiries to flow directly into Busy Bees’ systems, reducing manual handling and ensuring faster responses for families. It’s a simple but powerful way to connect digital experience with operational efficiency.
